I ARGH TEH AWSUMORZ!!!

Lol, so, I got a job! Yup. Photo lab technician at Wallie World. And it is SO easy. And, my starting pay is $7.90/hour. AND we get payed an extra dollar/hour on Sundays. Probably because it's such a religious town...or whatever. Anyway, it's awesome. Also, I'll be getting real internet soon. Hooray! Goodbye to slow interwebz! Anyway, once I get the desks all switched around and whatnot (cuz I gotta have my new computer on the internet side of the room) I'll transfer my files over and start submitting more artwork.

I just finished my final project and final critique for Perspective. It's been killing me, everything was just moving SO fast. I didn't start out prepared for it, and once I fell behind, it all just kind of snowballed. But I got everything done for week six, and I should at least get a passing grade. (Probably no better than a 70%.) That's good enough for me.

And yeah, that's a bummer about the software not agreeing with your old computer. I had to spring for this $2100 monster I've got, but it's worth the pain in my checkbook, I guess. :P

Sounds like an awesome job! :P Good luck with that. I'm still job hunting. Considering applying at the zoo, seeing if they need someone to do the muck work with the animals. As long as nothing with teeth tries to eat me, it could be an interesting job. (I like keeping busy.)

And that's a pretty darn good computer for the price you paid. :D Woot woot!
